Exchange protection^ is our way of helping you go on holiday – even if you have to change your plans:
FLEXIBILITY
Change or cancel your exchange holiday for any reason up to 14 days before check-in.
PROTECT
Get your trading power or points used to make the booking back on your RCI account.
SAFEGUARD
If you don’t feel ready to rebook straight away, get your exchange fee back as a credit on your RCI account.
You have six months from the date you cancel your original exchange booking to rebook using your account credit.
Use your credit to book an exchange or extra holiday at one of our 4,200+ affiliated resorts. The credit is valid for offers too!
You can only take out exchange protection at the time of making your booking online or with one of our guides so don't miss your chance to add more flexibility to your booking.
