8-10am | Breakfast/Grand Central Station: Start your morning at Grand Central Station, the world’s largest train terminal. For breakfast enjoy a cup of coffee and a cupcake from the famous Magnolia Bakery. After powering up for the day, take a self-guided tour of Grand Central. Explore the beautiful architecture and the celestial ceilings.
10-12pm | Brooklyn Bridge: Take the subway to Brooklyn Bridge where you can walk/cycle across the bridge and take pictures of the city.
12-1PM | Lunch: Enjoy lunch at Grimaldi’s Pizzeria under the Brooklyn Bridge and try the “Pizza that Made the Brooklyn Bridge Famous.” If you have already picked up a slice elsewhere and are not in the mood for pizza, try a burger at Shake Shack and a refreshing cold drink from Lizzmonade.
1-3pm | Staten Island Ferry: Catch the complimentary Staten Island Ferry and enjoy the scenic views of the New York Harbor. The 5 mile, 25 minute ride provides majestic views of the Lower Manhattan Skyline, Ellis Island and The Statue of liberty. You will not be able to disembark the Ferry but you will be able to take pictures of Lady Liberty from the Ferry. Don’t forget to use #myRCI
3-6pm |Financial District: Explore the Financial District, the home of Wall Street. Walk around the area and take pictures with the Charging Bull, visit the World Trade Center and the 911 Memorial.
6-9pm |Dinner/Times Square: Grab dinner at one of the many restaurants in Time Square and watch as it gets dark and Time square lights up. Enjoy a Broadway show where you’ll be able to sit down and relax after a long day of walking. Remember to purchase your tickets from an online trusted source or in person at the box office. Finish up your evening shopping and enjoy a swirling soft serve ice cream cone from the Mister Softee Ice Cream Truck.
