Cancelling Your Exchange

  • Cancel within 24 hours for a full refund of your exchange fee and Deposit Trading Power.
  • Your refunded exchange fee and Deposit Trading Power can be used to book another Exchange Holiday.
  • Cancellations after 24 hours will result in the loss of your exchange fee.
  • If you cancel 48 hours before check-in, your Deposit Trading Power will be recalculated. Check the Deposit Calculator under Manage My Deposit for details.
  • To cancel your Exchange Holiday visit My Holiday Plans, email us at asiamembers@rci.com or By telephone (see ‘Contact Us’ details).
  • If you purchased Exchange Protection, your booking fee and Trading Power are covered if you cancel 14 days before check-in. 
  • Can’t travel? Gift your holiday to family or friends by purchasing a Guest Certificate at least 2 days before check-in.  [Learn more]
