³ The RCI Travel Best Price Guarantee (“Best Price Guarantee”) applies to hotel reservations, car rentals, and destination activities booked through Alliance Reservation Network, Inc. See below for restrictions.
  1. Properties, car rentals, and destination activities booked through Alliance Reservation Network, Inc. are guaranteed to be available at the lowest rate available compared to any publicly available US-based travel website (no membership or log-in required).
  2. If a lower rate is found within twenty-four (24) hours of the original date of booking and the lower rate is for the exact property, room type, car rental, destination activity, travel dates, and same terms (i.e. cancelation policy, deposit policy, etc.) a member may fill out the form at RCITravel.com. The member must provide a screenshot as proof of the lower rate within the 24-hour window. All booking details must exactly match the details of the product you booked through Alliance Reservation Network, Inc.
  3. Please fill out the Best Price Guarantee form on RCITravel.com to include the web address of the publicly accessible website and attach a screen shot that includes the dates searched, the property name and address, the booking type and terms for the hotel room, car rental, or destination activity you found and we will reimburse you for the difference; or, cancel your reservation and re-book using the lower rates found for no additional fee. Refund amount will be credited to the same credit card used to make the reservation.
  4. This rate guarantee does not apply to non-cancellable rates, rates booked for dates the property's cancelation penalty terms would apply, or any special group, event, member, or association rate.
