Any Points exchanged for cruise transactions will be subject to a limited grace period where by any cruise transaction cancelled by the close of business the following day may be eligible for a full refund of any Points exchanged. After the close of business the following day, all Points exchanged will be forfeited in the event of a change or cancellation.
