To become a Proprietor of the A&K Registry, you must own property at an A&K Registry affiliated property, known as a Signatory.   With many properties currently in the affiliation process or joining us daily, existing owners at private residency clubs should contact their home property for further information.   Upon enrollment, you will be sent Welcome Package, which provides detailed information on Signatories, Purveyors, Proprietor Benefits and Credit Transactions.   Owners that purchase property at an existing A&K Registry Signatory will be automatically enrolled by their resort.   If you do not know whether or not the ownership interest you own or intend to own is an A&K Registry Signatory, call your resort to find out.
