Just a short stroll away is Parque de la Paloma with its tropical gardens, cafés and abundant wildlife. The shops, restaurants and bars at Benalmádena’s chic marina are less than 2 miles away. Benalmádena Pueblo, with its typical Andalusian square, historic buildings, and butterfly park, is less than 3 miles by bus or car. Málaga Airport is 10 miles.
Directions from Major Airport to Resort
From the airport, take the coastal road in the direction of Torremolinos/Fuengirola (N340) and head towards Benalmádena Costa. DO NOT take the E15/N340 bypass road which branches off after 4 kilometres. Once in Benalmádena Costa go straight ahead at the first roundabout, after which you will pass the Hotel Triton, which is situated to your left. Carry on past the windmill roundabout. After you will see a small brown castle (Castillo Bil-bil) situated on your left. When you see this, turn right onto Avenida Rocio Jurado. Sahara Sunset is on the left. The average journey time should be between 20 to 25 minutes, depending on the traffic.
