Egret Point by Spinnaker is nestled between the Carolina Pines and Palmetto trees, overlooking an interconnected lagoon system. Enjoy the on-site heated pool and hot tub, free Wi-Fi and private beach access at Beach Club. The resort features two- and three-bedroom single and multi-level villas and an activity center with a fitness room and game room. This is a gated community. The resort proudly features luxurious two- and three-bedroom villas in magnificent one- and two-level layouts. Units are designed to sleep six to eight guests comfortably. All are carpeted and air-conditioned. Each lovely villa provides fully equipped kitchens with sit up bars, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, spacious open concept living areas, elegant furnishings, and private bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Plus, you can walk out on your own deck lagoon, pool or fairway views. Egret Point Villas have several stairs to entry (2BD – 7-9 steps to entry / 3BD – 27-30 steps to entry). If you feel that the steps may prohibit you from accessing villa or enjoying your stay please contact your exchange company for alternative accommodations.

Directions from Major Airport to Resort

The nearest major airport is 45 miles away in Savannah, GA. From the airport, take I-95 North to Exit 8 (Hwy 278 East to Hilton Head Island). Once you cross the bridge onto the island, continue on Hwy 278 to the 2-mile marker. Alternatively stay in the left lane and take the Cross Island Expressway. At the end of the expressway (US$1.25 toll), you will be on Palmetto Bay Road. Continue to the Sea Pines traffic circle and take the second exit (Pope Avenue). Follow Pope Avenue to Cordillo and turn right. Turn left on Deallyon Avenue. Turn right into the Hotel. Check-in is available 24 hours at the Hotel Reception Center. Directions to the resort will be provided at check-in.
