Located on Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf of Mexico, there are 27 miles of beach fun stretching from the Holiday Beach Resort-Soundside. The Resort offers guests a heated pool (heated seasonally), outdoor hot tub, tennis court and fishing pier for their pleasure. Units are fully furnished and ready for your groceries. Outdoor grills welcome your cooking creations. Linens are furnished for all beds. Bath towels are provided but guest will need to bring beach towels. The screened porches offer spectacular water and sunset views.

Located in the heart of Pensacola Beach, Holiday Beach Resort-Soundside is just a short distance from all of the area's attractions, including Casino Beach with its Gulfside Pavilion where concerts are held, the federally-protected shores of Santa Rosa, the pre-Civil War fortress of Fort Pickens, and the Pensacola Fishing Pier. Enjoy the Portofino Boardwalk shops and restaurants, or the Naval Aviation Museum, just minutes from Soundside.
Directions from Major Airport to Resort
From the Pensacola Int'l Airport, take Airport Blvd to 9th Ave. Turn left (South) on 9th Ave. Follow the road until it ends. Turn left and travel across the Pensacola Bay Bridge into the city of Gulf Breeze. Turn right at the Sailfish sign that points to Pensacola Beach. This will take you to Santa Rosa Island. Go through the light and the resort, on the left hand side, is located 1/4 of a mile down the road. Note: If experiencing trouble with GPS, try changing the city destination to Gulf Breeze. From I-10, take exit 12 to I-110. Stay on I-110 until it ends at a light. Take a left onto Bayfront Pkwy and go across the Bay Bridge, and follow the above Bay Bridge directions.
