Destination Highlights

Xian is Shaanxi’s capital and one of China’s oldest cities, with more than 3,100 years of history. Known as one of the Four Great Ancient Capitals of China and having held the position under the Zhou, Qin, Han, Sui and Tang dynasties, Xi’an is the starting point of the Silk Road, home to the Terracotta Army of Emperor Qin Shi Huang and boasts a prolific collection of historic sites.
