Aparthotel Maso Corto is situated at the top of the Val Senales in the Alto Adige Region, 6,561 feet up and a 50-minute drive from the spa town of Merano. The resort is famous for its year-round skiing. In winter, there are ski lifts and trails immediately accessible from the resort; in the summer, the skiing is on the nearby glacier, accessible by a cable car from the village. BY AIR:Milan (250kms),Verona (200kms). www.viamichelin.it BY ROAD:Take the 'Brennero' motorway A22 and take the Bolzano Sud exit to Merano (SS38).From Merano take the highway towards Passo Resia,pass Naturno and turn right to Val Senales.Resort is at Maso Corto, approx 25km from Naturno.Follow the road until the end.Reception is situated through the garage area. BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT:Take the train to Merano via Bolzano,then bus to Val Senales;the last stop ispractically on the resort's doorstep (bus journey approx 1 hour and 30 mins).
