Destination Highlights

Nestled in the Russian River Valley in Sonoma County, Windsor is a small town with deep roots in farming and, more recently, wine-making. You'll enjoy the area's family-owned wineries and the newly constructed Old Downtown, a development that brings Windsor's past to life. Lively restaurants abound, and the Town Green also hosts a Sunday Farmers' Market from May through November. Enjoy concerts and moonlight movies on summer evenings as well. For something different, take the kids on a guided, open-air jeep tour of a 400-acre wildlife sanctuary in nearby Santa Rosa.

Directions from Major Airport to Resort

The nearest major airport is San Francisco International. From the airport, go East on Domestic Terminal toward airport exit. Turn left onto exit and merge onto US-101 North toward San Francisco. Merge into I-380 West toward I-280/San Bruno. Continue approximately 2 miles and merge onto I-220 North. Continue 6 miles to CA-1 North toward 19th Ave/Golden Gate Bridge. Continue 7 miles and take the left exit toward Golden Gate Bridge. Merge onto US-101 North and continue for 57 miles. Take Shiloh Road exit and turn left onto Shiloh Road.
