Destination Highlights

The Sands Ocean Club is one of the premier resorts on the ocean front in Myrtle Beach, SC. The entire area is a playground for warm-weather fun, with the mighty Atlantic Ocean, amusement areas, plenty of restaurants and multiple shopping outlets. Myrtle Beach is family oriented and has lots of miniature golf centers, as well as nearby courses. Other attractions include: the House of Blues, Hard Rock Cafe, Tanger Outlet Centers and Ripley's Aquarium, as well as entertainment venues like the Alabama Theater, The Palace, the Carolina Opry and the Dixie Stampede.

Directions from Major Airport to Resort

Myrtle Beach International Airport is 15 miles away. From the airport or US 501, take Hwy 17 Bypass north towards North Myrtle Beach. The Bypass will connect with business Hwy 17 in the section of town known as "Restaurant Row". The first stoplight will be Lake Arrowhead Road. Turn right and follow as the road curves right and becomes Shore Drive. Follow Shore Drive directly to the resort, second high-rise on the left, the road dead ends. From the North, take Hwy 17 south thru North Myrtle Beach. Turn left at the stoplight of Lake Arrowhead Road (look for the "Galleria" on your left) and follow directions above to the resort.
