Units at Wyndham Beach Street Cottages are air-conditioned and have a TV and a mini Kitchen. One-bedroom units for 4 have a King bed, a sleeper sofa, and 1 bath. These units are best suited for one adult couple or a couple with up to 2 small children. Units do not have a view of the Gulf, or a balcony, but are about 100 yards from the beach. Check-in is at 4pm & check-out is at 10am. The resort strictly enforces occupancy limits. Units are non-smoking. Contact the resort in advance to discuss any special needs. The front desk is open 9:30am-6pm Sunday-Thursday. A card card deposit is required upon your arrival.

West on I-10 from Tallahassee to exit 85. Turn L on SR 331, go for 24 M. Take R on HWY 98 W and go 10.7 M and turn L on Poinciana Blvd. Go to stop sign & turn R on Scenic Gulf Dr. Go 2.7mi. & turn R into Wyndham Beach St. Cottages. Check-in desk is building 24. From the East: I-10 E. to Pensacola to EX56. Take SR 85 S for 16 M. Turn L on SR 20 E for 5.8 M, take SR 293 S (toll US$2.50) to US Hwy 98 for 6.6 M. Turn L on HWY 98 for 2.8 M to Holiday Rd. Turn R, go to stop sign & turn L on Scenic Gulf Dr. Go .8 miles & turn into Wyndham Beach Street Cottages. The check-in desk is located in building 24. Late arrivals will check-in at the Wyndham Majestic Sun. For GPS programming use 2974 Scenic Gulf Drive, Miramar Beach, FL 32550
