Our air-conditioned units have a patio or balcony and two televisions. The two-bedroom units sleep up to six guests with a queen bed, 2 twin beds, a sleep sofa in the living room and two bathrooms. The three-bedroom units sleep up to eight guests with a queen bed, 2 twin beds, twin-sized bunk bed, a sleep sofa in the living room, and two bathrooms. Pets are NOT allowed. Office hours are Sunday through Friday from 9 am until 5 pm. We are in and out on Saturdays, but there is a drop slot on the front door of the office for you to return your room keys if you are checking out on Saturday. We will be in the office at the normal check-out time of 10 am on Sunday. Check-in is on Sunday between 4 pm and 5 pm and early check-in is not offered. If you anticipate arriving after 5 pm, please call (603) 366-4878 or email info@vwtoa.com for the lockbox code to retrieve your room key.

Destination Highlights
Weirs Beach is a small village located in Historic New England within the city of Laconia. It is situated on the southern shore of Lake Winnipesaukee; Weirs Beach refers to a wide sandy beach on this lake. Next to the beach is a boulevard and a boardwalk with shops and games that stretch along for a quarter of a mile. To visit the Weirs, a large, public dock is available for boaters on the lake and rental boats or docks can be obtained. Please note: this property is not located on the water - but only a 1/2-mile walk to the water.
Directions from Major Airport to Resort
The nearest commercial airport is in Manchester, NH, 50 miles away. From Manchester, go north on I-93 to exit 23, then east on Route 104 to Meredith. Go right on U.S. 3 for 3.5 miles to the resort, which is on the left. Check-in is at the office (white with blue shutters) near the front entrance next to Keller Haus.
