Timber Run offers an attractive choice of 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom condos, all with private balconies. Expect all the conveniences of home in a relaxing Rocky Mountain setting. All accomodations are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable furnishings. Destination Highlights

Enjoy the year-round activities and glorious Rocky Mountain scenery of Winter Park while you vacation at Timber Run. Close by in Arapaho National Forest, you'll discover excellent areas for hiking, backpacking, horseback riding, and other outdoor activities. River rafting is available along the Colorado River. Lake Granby and Grand Lake, both within 35 miles, offer boating and many other activities as well. Known best for its skiing, Winter Park is within 3 miles of Timber Run. Fellow ski area Silver Creek is also just a short drive away.

Directions from Major Airport to Resort

Timber Run Resort’s check-in and front desk are at the Beaver Village Condominium Clubhouse at 50 Village Drive, Winter Park, Colorado 80482, on the south side of Winter Park. From Denver, follow Interstate 70 West to Exit 232. Highway 40 will head north over Berthoud Pass for 28 miles. Continue past the entrance to the Mary Jane and Winter Park ski areas. Turn left at the first stoplight onto Vasquez Road and continue over the railroad tracks. Take the first right after the tracks onto Forest Trail and look for the property sign. Take the first left into the resort for Evergreen and Dogwood buildings and the second left for the Aspen and Cedar buildings.
