Situated on the south coast of the island, this resort has a spectacular location on a cliff overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. You can enjoy panoramic views from the restaurant and terrace, and the resort's natural seawater pool is especially inviting, as it is located on a platform protruding from the sea. The resort also offers access to a gym, hot tub, and two bars, including bathing support, plus barbecue service and a poolside bar (open in the summer, weather permitting). Car Parking: there are some free parking spots near the hotel, however, due to high demand the hotel also provides paid parking spots. All parking options are based on availability.

Destination Highlights

The bustling city of Funchal is only a 15-minute drive away and is well worth a visit, with its courtyards, gardens, and markets. A shuttle bus runs Monday through Friday (except on public holidays), for a fee and based on availability.

Directions from Major Airport to Resort

Cristiano Ronaldo’s International Airport is about 10 km from the resort. Leaving the Airport take the Via Rápida towards Funchal, about 8 km you will find exit 16 for Caniço / Caniço de Baixo. You will find a roundabout almost immediately on the exit, take the 3rd exit on the right (Caniço de Baixo) following the signs for Caniço de Baixo. At about 1.5km you will find on your right the signs indicating the hotels, follow and quickly you will be next to the resort.
