Destination Highlights

When visiting Mazatlan, explore the Zona Dorada (3.2 miles), where you will find water sports and fishing, shopping area, nightlife, and even enjoy a romantic dinner on the beach. Take the family to the Mazatlan Aquarium (1.7 miles), which has 51 fish tanks and more than 250 species of fish, shows with sea lions, parrots and other birds, crocodiles and turtles. Mazatlan is one of the best places for world class sport fishing, such as tuna, sailfish and marlin. For golf enthusiasts, there is the Estrella del Mar golf course (1.3 miles) or the El Cid Golf & Country Club (3 miles).

Directions from Major Airport to Resort

The airport is located 33 kms from the resort. Leave the airport and go towards the hotel zone along Avenida Rafael Buelna, turn right onto Avenida Camarón Sábalo until you reach the marina, continue to Sábalo Cerritos, and on the left you will find the Mayan Group complex, the Mayan Palace and Mayan Sea Garden.
