If you’re looking to do the wine trail you can easily do a self tour by picking up a Hawke’s Bay Food and Wine Trail Map from one of the local Visitor Information Centres. You’ll discover over 30 wineries open for wine tasting with many also offering alfresco and restaurant dining. If you prefer not to drive, you can cycle from one winery to the next along one of the three Hawke’s Bay Trails on a hired mountain bike.
