Can I cancel a Points transaction?
We ask you to notify us of cancellation by telephone or in writing as soon as possible. You will be able to use your Points for another transaction if your cancellation is received before the start date of the confirmed period (terms and conditions apply).
Will I have access to the RCI Points Partners Program, or is that separate?
When you become an RCI Points Member, access to the Partners Program is included.
Can I request a cot?
We would advise you to phone the resort you are visiting if a cot is required. A charge may be made by the resort for this service.
What do I do if I have a complaint?
In the unlikely event of you not being satisfied with any aspect of your exchange, we urge you to resolve it at the earliest opportunity with someone in authority at the resort. If that is unsuccessful, contact the nearest RCI office.
What to do if I require disabled facilities?
If you or someone in your party has physical disabilities, tell your RCI Reservation Consultant when you make your exchange request. We’ll then do our best to find an exchange resort that meets your needs. However, it is important that you also contact the resort direct to find out what specific amenities are available.
