RCI Help
What can I do if my Points are close to Expiring?
• Option 1: You can exchange your Points.
The RCI Points® program gives you the flexibility to get away for only a few days – if your schedule doesn’t allow for a full week’s vacation.
• Option 2: You can send a friend on a vacation.
If you aren’t able to use your Points, you can buy an RCI® Guest Certificate so friends and family can enjoy a great RCI vacation as a gift from you.
• Option 3: You can extend your Points.
The Points you don’t use within one Use Year are automatically saved into a second Use Year. If no Points have been used in the first Use Year though, a $26 fee will be applied when the Points are automatically saved. If you need more time, you can also choose to extend your Points into a third year for an additional fee, based on the number of Points being extended. • Option 4: You can transfer your Points.
If you don’t plan to use your Points, you can transfer them to another RCI Points® subscribing member. You can transfer your points once per Use Year free of charge. If you choose to transfer Points again within the same Use Year, the standard Points Transfer Fee will apply.
