For a super-quick way of finding RCI.com online, we recommend bookmarking RCI.com or adding to your favourites, depending on which browser you are using. This way, your browser will remember us as one of your most frequently visited websites, which will save you time searching.
If you have forgotten your username and password, just go to ‘Forgotten your password or username’ on RCI.com to get your username first. You’ll need your RCI membership number (found on any RCI emails) and your first name. Once you’ve got your username, you can now retrieve your password. If you’ve forgotten the answer to the security question you gave when registering for your online account, simply call our customer service team and they can reset your password for you.
Your username can also be found in the footer of all RCI emails, including your account statement email.
As our website is secure, you will be timed-out after 30 minutes of inactivity. This is to ensure your personal information is safe. If you need to search for flights, you can hold a holiday for 24 hours if the date is 60 days or more from today's start date. Don’t forget, you can browse 1,000’s of flights through our partnership with GotoGate here.

With more than 4,000 affiliated resorts to choose from, and availability continually changing as members deposit and book daily, we appreciate that finding your ideal holiday online may require some help at times.
It depends on your circumstances and what you’re looking for — but the choice is yours!
First, sign into your account to search for live availability. If you have a destination in mind, start by typing a destination into the search bar at the top RCI.com. You’ll be shown a list of all available holiday options for exchange, and extra holidays.
If you're looking specifically for an exchange holiday and you'd like to see only those available which match, or are less than the trading power value of your specific deposit, you can start your search through the 'Manage my deposits' page.
If you’re not sure where you’d like to go, click on ‘BOOK’ within the menu options and select the 'Exchange' filter. If you haven't deposited a week, you will see results for extra holidays and late deals.
Alternatively, to see all of the different holiday options you could enjoy — including hotels, cruises or escorted tours, click on ‘BOOK’.
Apply some filters to narrow down your search — by destination, activity or RCI Gold Crown rated resorts, plus many more. Don’t forget to select the ‘DEAL’ box to see which holidays are currently on offer!
Yes — you can save your preferred resorts to your 'Favourites', so you can return at a later date. Simply select the heart icon on the left of your screen, above the holiday type filters. You can access your saved favourite searches from your ‘My account’ page.
You can compare four resorts against each other, so you can view facilities and available activities head-to-head. Check the 'compare' box and add or remove resorts until you decide on your shortlist.
You can find your existing RCI resort and hotel bookings under TRIPS. Here, you'll be able to view and manage these bookings, so you can start getting excited!

DISCOVER DEPOSITS
From combining to calculating — we’re sharing some useful tips you may not know about depositing.
The deposit calculator can be used to show the total trading power amount you will receive towards your next exchange holiday, based on your resort and available dates.
The exchange planner is a holiday planning tool on RCI.com that allows you to see how much exchange trading power you'll need to exchange into any given region.
To find the deposit calculator and exchange planner, simply click on the ‘manage deposits’ link and click on the ‘deposited weeks’ tab. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click ‘view other weeks’ — they will be on the right side of the page.
For a small fee, you can combine your deposits with us to access exchange holidays with higher trading power values. When you are searching for an exchange holiday, we will show you availability based on your deposit. If there are other available holidays with a higher trading power value, we will also display these on the ‘available units’ page as a combine option. Simply hit the ‘combine’ button and go through the process. If you have upgraded to RCI Platinum, we’ll also give you a £15 reward credit to your account when combining.
Frequently Asked Questions
You can use your trading power to reduce the price of selected extra holidays. Currently this option is not available to book online, so please call us to find out which extra holidays are eligible.
You can also use your trading power to reduce the price of holidays with the world’s leading cruise lines and tour operators.
Plus, our hotel booking options enable you to use your trading power to save on more than 600,000 hotels worldwide. If you prefer to save your trading power, you can still receive discounts on hotel stays thanks to our exclusive member prices.
The resort directory is a complete virtual list of all our current affiliated resorts. You'll be able to search by resort name or ID, the type of holiday — whether you want to hit the slopes or sunbathe on a beach, and by location.
Search availability will show you holidays based on the current trading power you have available. You can also filter these based on the type of holiday you're looking for — think beach holidays, any deals we currently have, amenities, pools, and more. If you can't find an exchange holiday available in a destination for specific dates, you should be shown hotel options in the area. You can also use your trading power to reduce the price of hotel bookings.
The RCI app is for members based in North America only, and has bespoke offers, links and messages tailored to that specific region. However, our website has been built to work on all devices including tablets, mobiles and computers, so you can have the full RCI.com experience, regardless of which you prefer to use.
