RCI Help
What are my options if I have to cancel or change the dates or location of an Exchange Vacation I’ve already booked?
A grace period will apply if the Confirmed Exchange is made three (3) or more days prior to the vacation start date, and is cancelled before the end of the next Business Day. The member will then receive a full refund of the Exchange fee paid and the full Deposit Trading Power used.
After the grace period, if you have a confirmed Exchange Vacation that has to be changed or canceled, you will forfeit your Exchange fee and possibly a portion of your Deposit Trading Power. However, as an RCI Weeks® subscribing member, you can protect your Exchange Vacation with Trading Power Protection.
Trading Power Protection protects the Deposit Trading Power used towards an Exchange Vacation and ensures that if you need to change or cancel, you receive back the Deposit Trading Power used for that Exchange Vacation.
