What are Comment Cards?

Members are asked to provide feedback and rate their resort experience on return from their vacation via RCI’s Comment Card program. RCI uses comment cards to determine award levels for the Resort Recognition Program, Trading Power and to assist resorts in assessing the need for quality improvements.
