Please note: Points Protection may be cancelled for a refund by contacting the Call Center before the close of the next Business Day after the date of purchase. To cancel Points Protection, please call one of our knowledgeable vacation guides at 1-877-968-7476. Points Protection cannot be cancelled online.

Points Protection allows you to cancel or change your vacation right up until the day of check-in – no questions asked.

If you cancel your vacation, you’ll be able to use your refunded Points to book an alternate vacation. Without Points Protection, the standard cancelation policy would apply. Unless you cancel at least 120 days prior to check-in, you would only be refunded a portion of your Points, depending upon how close to check-in you cancel.

Note: Exchange fees are not covered by Points Protection. Points Protection is not insurance.
