How long ahead of time can I make a booking with RCI?
You can make a booking up to two years from the start date of your week.
How long out can I place a request with RCI?
You can request an exchange as early as two years before the intended check-in date or as late as two days before the intended check-in date.
Do I have to pay to place a request with RCI?
No, it’s free of charge to place a request
for an Exchange. When your requested holiday becomes available you are under no obligation to book this holiday. Only once you confirm your holiday booking will you be charged the Exchange Fee.
How long out can I make a Holiday Rental booking?
Holiday Rental bookings can be made at least three days in advance of your intended check-in date.
Do I pay an Exchange Fee for a Holiday Rental or a Bonus Week Getaway?
No, you don’t pay an Exchange Fee for a Holiday Rental or a Bonus Week Getaway. You simply pay the weekly/daily rental rate for the accommodation.
How long are RCI stays?
RCI stays are for seven nights and generally have a Friday, Saturday or Sunday check-in.
How long out can I make a Bonus Week Getaway booking?
Bonus Week Getaways are available to book up to 45 days prior to intended check-in date for selected destination.
Do I have to request an Exchange Holiday at the same time as I deposit my holiday entitlements?
No, however it is advisable to start planning your next holiday as soon as possible after depositing your week to ensure the best chance of getting the holiday you want.
How secure and confidential is my credit card account number after giving it to RCI over the phone?
The computerized RCI exchange system has an in-built, tamper resistant security feature
to ensure that once a transaction is completed; all information pertaining to your credit card account will automatically be erased. Hence it is necessary for our Reservation Consultants to ask for your credit card number every time a new transaction is being processed.
